How should I prepare for an ONLSO visit in Metro Manila?

Start with your main concern, choose Ortigas, Cubao or Las Piñas and confirm what the appointment includes before travelling. Keep service timing and medical readiness separate. A call or email starts an inquiry; the branch must confirm the appointment.

1. Match your question to a service

For abdominal separation, read diastasis recti support. For pelvic floor concerns, read pelvic floor support. For broader postpartum goals, compare postpartum recovery and core and body recovery. Appearance-focused inquiries belong with body management or UEMS.

2. Understand the postpartum timing policy

ONLSO’s current service policy is generally after 42 days following vaginal delivery and generally after 6 months following a cesarean section. An assessment may still be discussed months or years after childbirth. These are ONLSO service timing guidelines, not medical clearance or a guarantee of suitability; consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns.

Service policy is not a medical recovery timetable

Do not postpone medical care or assume that a calendar date means you are ready for every service. General postnatal recovery advice varies with the birth and individual circumstances; discuss medical readiness with your healthcare professional. See NHS guidance on activity after childbirth for educational context.

3. Prepare questions for the assessment

Ask who conducts it, what it includes, what privacy arrangements apply, whether medical clearance is needed and what recommendations can be made. Ask the branch which information it needs before sharing sensitive details. A service discussion and a clinical assessment are not automatically the same thing.

4. Plan time, cost and travel

UEMS is 45 minutes per session; confirm any extra appointment time. Other service durations and session counts need branch confirmation. Ask for a current total quote and promotion terms before paying. Obtain the exact address, entrance and directions, then plan your transport.

5. Confirm your branch and booking

Contact ONLSO Ortigas at (0961) 537-6988 or ONLSO Cubao at (0961) 839-7281. Ortigas and Cubao publish hours of 11:00 AM–8:00 PM. For Las Piñas, use the general email to confirm hours and your visit. Confirm service availability at your chosen branch. Contact ONLSO with your preferred branch, service and date. Your request becomes a booking only when the branch confirms it.
